Transitioned from LAN based documentation to SharePoint while streamlining the ISO processes.  Returned key personnel to core business whilst providing management of internal audits, corrective actions, external audits and IMS documentation.  Addressed and actioned 400+ open improvement opportunities.  Rationalised and reduced certification spend by 75%.
